The concept was based on the creation of a comfortable and modern neighborhood that combines residential, public and recreational functions.

As part of the 1st stage, the concept involves the creation of a multifunctional residential complex with a community, a medical and media center, and a sports club. In total, it is planned to place about 2 thousand apartments in the new microdistrict, as well as social infrastructure facilities: kindergartens, a school, a clinic. Commercial zones are planned in the stylobates of the buildings. It is planned to organize landscaped closed yards, designed taking into account the natural and climatic features of the territory.

When choosing the visual image of the area, the authors were inspired by the nature of the Kola Peninsula: the concept emphasizes the contrast of warm and cold shades of the forest, stones and lakes.
